Kroma and Sambas

So I missed Sambas by only seconds 
I have not seen him in over 3 days. I went to go turn in a quest just south of Twilight Highlands. Perhaps oddly enough my flight path took me over Kromas spawn points. I was not expecting anything, just flying along, when NPC scan goes off. Holly Sh#3T its Kroma. I land and go to tame and then suddenly realize that Im in the my survial spec. Quick Ice Trap, change specs and grab Kroma 
Now if I can only find Sambas
