So i thought I just go in to the Cache folder and clear it out... It still has skoll marked as cached after I relog how do I fix this?

I just delete the cache folder in my WoW folders; you need to log out, do that, and then log back in.

(drive):\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enGB

Delete "creaturecache.wdb"

I just clear the creaturecache and npccache files from within the Cache folder, mainly because when I did it the other way (clearing the whole darned thing), I got sick of waiting for items like gear and such to load before I could buy them.

Doing it that way, it has worked so far. But yeah you do have to log out and then log back in. I don't think just going back to the character screen works, maybe it does. Just to be safe, I've always logged out completely.

Yeah, you need to delete the creature and NPC cache files, that's all.

I now keep an alias of that folder on my desktop, so I can quickly get to it and clear those files when needed.

Anyway just got Skoll at the northeast spawn location on Lightbringer spawned at 5:30

The file will be enUS instead of enGB if you live in the United States instead of Great Britain

I figured it out but 3 hours of farming and this level 76 hunter walks up and says skoll is up over there... I love that hunter I tried to pay him and told him I would help him with anything but he refused it... I am so happy.

Say hello to my new pet Skoll... yes I gave him his spirit beast name.. He deserves it after that long.

yeah mistake by my part my sses are put at the front of the list now because of the new year.

edit: yeah it was I was able to get it a split second before all that stuff poped up.
