I know he spawns all over that Northern Sahket Wastes, but what was your camp spot when you were looking for him? I usually sit in between the two skeleton clusters on the map - but maybe another spot is a tad more lucky?


He's the only rare I have left to find, and he's giving me the hardest time. xD

Any pointers for a good place to hover would be appreciated! =D (although I do a full swoop of the area every 30 mins or so as well)

I change main hover spots every few hours. Currently inbetween two spawn spots. I can see the Seal of the Sun King from where I am. I've seen him spawn in three spots. Those are the spots I hover over now.

But geez, only every 30min? You have more patience than my... every 5ish min >.<

I'm fond of the little plateau in the North, above those ruins with the bird head.

Been here all day since 9 am, still nothing.

Both times the brown has spawned in the upper left corner of the marked area if using npc scan overlay. The Green and Blue both spawned almost exactly in the middle, and the red was middle lower. I have not seen the black yet.

Hope you get him!

Thanks, I'm a little in between the farthest left spawn point now and more of the middle area... hoping NPC picks him up if he spawns on either side of me.

Sigh. Another Madexx killed beneath me. Red this time. Already have two reds, so not one I wanted. But still....

At least I know again what time he spawned. I went to bed early last night and suspect he spawned while I was sleeping. Probably a blue as well.

Where did he spawn may I ask?

I have this feeling like I'm missing him everytime he does spawn. xD And I'm just not in the right spot. Grr lol

A new spot again. Hadn't seen him there before.

Oh my, I never sat in one place. As soon as I tried, I got panicky and had this horrible feeling he'd spawn on the other side of the map. So every time I camped him, I did nothing but loop for hours and hours non-stop. And strangely enough, every time he spawned literally in front of me. Well, except for black. He spawned right behind me as I was flying by.
