Forum and subforum structure

Hi all,

maybe it's just me but the structure of this forums has changed over the time and not for the better, I think.

I don't know why, but Mania decided to shrink the Board index as far as possible. This results in some rather strange forum combinations and it shrinks the number of "last post in this category" on the right. Makes you miss a lot of interesting stuff or at least, that's what I think it does.

It's just what I am experiencing but I somehow feel like a stranger to the forum, although I've been posting in here for about a year now. Like I said, it might be just my personal experience but I think it all changed to be less good than it was.

Open for discussion.

I dunno, I don't really think about the overall structure. When I visit the forum, I use the "View new posts" menu. I always log in from the same comp so I know a topic that's greyed out is one I've visited already and that if I wanted to comment I had, which means I get email updates (the emails didn't work for a while but they do again now). I dunno, it works for me. :)

Hehe, ditto what Sarayana said for me. I don't even visit or use the Index page really, I'm only on View New Posts, so the subforum structure's never affected me at all.

I hardly check the main page as I usually check view new post. However I did check out the main page and I think it looks more organized the way it is now.

I realise that, I was just offering a different perspective. :)
