Passing through Thousand Needles, I happened to find Ironeye The Invincible nice and safe in the cliffs up above Thousand Needles. Curious, I decided to add 'Vile Sting' to my NPCscan.... only to find that it was already cached (!!!). A quick cache-clear later, a circle around Thousand Needle's upper platform, a heart attack from NPCscan (I will *NEVER* get used to that) and:



He's right here, for those who want to get him back after the PTR has hit the real world:

Nice! I was never a huge fan of the scorpids until I saw Madexx - but this guy is awesome.

am i seeing that right or is he a little spirit beast-y? so excited to tame this guy. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR ALL OF THESE! T___T

He's my favorite color of scorpid: silvery-white body with bright aqua highlights. If I needed a scorpid, this is the one I'd get. Heck with Madexx!

Silithus has the same coloration on a lot of their scorpids out there, and Clack The Reaver *used* to be this shade (but is black now). So it's not unique, but this is the lowest level you can get it at, and on a rare to boot.

I happened to pull up the 'extinct' list, and among the crowd, I see a name that I *know* I spotted just last night. I didn't even realize he was listed as extinct. So a flight to Stranglethorn later for a screenshot and:



He spawns in the Mistvale Valley and just pats around it.

More will be incoming; now I'm using the list as a checklist. I already know my next confirmation-of-living.

Achellios The Banished is alive again, and along with him, his Galak Packhounds. Still the brown hyena skin, and still tameable.

The Darkmist Widow also lives again. In addition to being back, it has a new skin:



(It's quite tiny and the area's dark; I couldn't get a good look without getting it in my face!)

I was juuuuuuust about to give up on this one. As in, this was literally me on my way out of the area when:

Oh wow! Chatter is around! He moved quite a ways....

I was surprised, too! I checked all the areas near where he'd spawned, but nothing. That, literally, was me flying on my way out thinking 'I guess he's gone....'

Anyhow, back to the good news:



Found him just south of Taurajo. Ironically enough, while I was headed toward the *north* of it to see if Washte was spawned again.

EEEE! Mah baby Azzere has come home!!!

And.... that's it. I've skimmed the list and couldn't find any of the others. Not saying they aren't there, or that they won't later be there, but as of *now* I can't find the rest.

Hopefully there'll be at least one more build. There is a distinct lack of rarespawn beasts in Hillsbrad and Badlands. And we still have to get Olm back in Felwood (although there *are* other rares there, unlike Hillsbrad/Badlands which seem almost naked of *any* rares).

Ah good to see Azzie in his old spawn spot again, relieved he's kept his skin when I checked mine yesterday but to be back in the wild is awesome.

That's pretty awesome of Blizz to take those that were extinct and put them back in.

However, if they bring Zari back...He won't be a scary menace any more....D: Wasn't Badlands bumped to high 40's, low 50's now?

Lower than that. Badlands is like low 30s now.

Actually, it's high 40's. My early 40's Hordie was getting owned by the mobs there, around 46+, and all the quest exclamation marks were still grey.

Yay!!! Azzere! Looks like he got bumped up a few levels. Used to be 26 if I remember right.

I saw the pic and recognized him immediately, then went back for the text! Gosh, that's an area I didn't check for him; I was totally caught up on the little random spider in the southeast.

EDIT: Looking at him right now! And OMG, he grew! xD
