I'm totally waking my butt up and heading straight for the computer.

At one point, a few weeks back, I had a dream where I tamed Gondria. I didn't think much on it, but later that day I decided that I would go tame it. I didn't spend long camping. I took a few nights of circling, but no more than 30 minutes a night, and I tamed her easily. Not only that, but just a night later and there she was again, ready to be tamed by my very own guildy.

Last night, I had another weird dream like that... where I was swimming over the Abandoned Reef and I saw GC, all by his lonesome self. I quickly swooped down and hit him with mark, following him over the landscape with my own spectral crab crawling alongside me, as I checked the zone for hunters. Nothing. So I just sat there, and waited, and waited, until finally a dwarf hunter showed up.... and proceeded to die in attempting the tame. Then I woke up.

My very first thought? " I bet he's still there! " So I log on my hunter, head over to the Abyssal Depths, and what do ya know? He's still there. Quickly, I check whos in the zone. No one. Shimmering expanse? Nada. Oh! There's an 85 hunter in Kelp'Thar forest. I whisper him, but get no answer. Frustrated, I ask a realID buddy to check on AD Alliance side, but they're not wanting to log over. One buddy mentions she wants to come over and kill it. I'm beginning to think these 'buddies' really aren't, after all. Finally, I check Org. Grab the first hunter on the list.

" Hey, you Beastmastery? "
" Yeah? "
" Found a rare Spirit Beast in Vashj. Already have him, and I thought- "

I'm quickly invited to a group. They're there in no time ( but it felt like hours... ), and a few seconds later, they have their very own sparkly crustacean of their own! Unfortunately, I didn't get any screenies this time before the tame. I totally spaced and forgot to D: The other hunter was super greatful, and offered me 100 gold, but I declined. I spend gold on rares, not take gold We had a nice chat about Terrorpene and Madexx... and Sambas too, about how we were both not very interested in taming him, even though our friends are.

Next time my dreams tell me a rare is up, I'm totally listening and waking up. Maybe it'll get me the TLPD, or something.

I had something like that happen as well.

I was hunting for Skoll, and had been for days. After a tip off, I set my alarm for 3am server time (4am my time). Woke up, circled for thirty minuets and saw him!... Being killed by not one, but two horde rogue that had seen me politely wave them and wish them luck moments earlier on their own camp (Time lost Drake). He died right in front of me. So, called it a night...

Three more days of endless circling and not a paw or tail of the beast. One night though, I went to sleep and had this very realistic dream. There I was, waking up, proceeding to get ready for work. Got dressed in my blue scrubs, brushed my teeth.. the whole thing. Then had this feeling I had to check for Skoll, so I logged on and did so. BOOM! NPCscan blares like a foghorn and behold there he is in all his glory! I swoop down on my dragonhawk and tame with no problems! I was so happy!

Then I woke up.. The feeling was still there, that sence of glee. For a little bit I wasn't even sure if it really just happened or not... then I realized I was still in night clothes. So, a little somber, I got ready for work. I threw on my blue scrubs... brushed my teeth... this seems really familiar.. I need to check WoW, I'm being told to.

So, what felt like a second time I logged on. Well, he wasn't there. So started flying to his most southern spawn point, barely paying attention at this point. Even managed to fly into a mountain and get stuck there for a moment. Turned the corner and BOOM! Npc scan blarred and caused me to wake wide up! No, it couldn't be.. it's dead... oh my.. He's Alive!

Swooped down and tamed him and had a hell of a happy day at work despite that it was chaos there ^_^

So, goes to show you, dreams can come true ^_~

Woah! Woah! Didn't get me the TLPD -yet-, but it's been a sort of dream of mine to catch Nuramoc. Haven't actually -dreamt- about him, but I really really liked him, and I never saw him in all of BC/Wrath.

Guess who I just tamed? 8D

Yer right. They really do come true.

Haha, I had something similar happen to me a night or so before I had tamed my black Madexx.

I dreamt of finally, after three days of on and off camping, finding him walking along his path as a black, completely alone. Of course I spazzed, as I usually do with the actual rares I tame, and dropped from my flying horse to tame it. I forgot most of the dream, sadly, but I had a sense that he'd be there THAT night, well nope, he wasn't. I felt a bit deflated on that. Figuring that my friend who I told about my odd dream was right, I really had been "smoking the camping rares pipe" too long.

Anyway, the next night I got on a bit late, my hunter still flying just above one of Madexx's spawn points, I was tabbed out reading the Petopian forums (I do it.. ALL the time). I'd tab back every once in awhile, doing my usual routine of flying his spawns, spamming my target macro just incase NPCscan failed on me. All of a sudden, in the distance a giant mass of scorpion forms, and my macro targets him. I had a heart attack, needless to say. And I was attempting at keeping my calm on remembering my usual plan of how to tame.

Anyway, to wrap it up - I did get my black Madexx, I was super happy to of not been insane, and my friend told me I must of saw the future. He's a bit on the sarcastic side.. oh well.

They definitely can come true though, least WoW-wise, aparantly. (Hopefully..)

WTB TLPD dream.

This happened to me with Jadefang. I had a dream that I saw Jadefang on my mini-map and was running through the crumbling depths, trying to race a horde Mage up to Jadefang, woke up the next morning, the night before I logged at the spot so when I logged back in she was waiting for me. I also found Jadefang 3 more times after that.

The first time I tamed her. The second time I killed her for the pet. The third time my hunter friend was with me but was only level 82 so he killed her for the pet. The forth time my GM was coming to kill it for the pet but my other friends were there trying to get up there. I didn't say anything and tried to let them figure it out and stalled for my GM.

The loot ended up being rewarded to me so we put in a ticket. My guild leader ended up getting the pet.

Man i thoguth i was the only one dreaming about taming...Guild calls me obsessed.

Have had two taming dreams, only one came true sadly...

Dreamt I tamed Terrorpene, right on his south point, and I was so happy...Didn't tame him when I woke up, but before i went to bed the same day

And my unfulfilled dream, ofcourse, good old OCJ. Been my nightmare for 2-3 months. I even hope he got removed, then I can stop "just checking" for once.

I really need to look for Maddex next time I'm on, just in case. I had a dream a couple nights ago where I found Maddex (In the dream he was a reddish-brown color), and tamed him. There were some other players nearby, one of them was a female bloodelf who went up to Maddex and flirted with him. I was trying to do a cheer emote back to them, but could not type for the life of me, I kept misspelling the emote, or putting a space in there where there shouldn't be so the emote wouldn't work. Then I woke up.

I don't have enough time to get on WoW before work in the mornings, otherwise I would have checked it out right away. And for some reason I forgot to check the last time I was playing. Might be too late for me, if it was to become true, but I'll try tomorrow anyway! /crosses fingers

I've had a few blue-Madexx dreams...sometimes I wonder if I should start the camp again. Then I remember that the last one was a nightmare, and I resolve not to worry about it unless a timer falls into my lap.

Haha I have dreams about taming pets too!

Back in Wrath I was 76 and I was hunting Loque, I had a dream that I had seen and tamed him. I'm a youngster and I dont have WoW on my computer, my relative lives within walking distance and I use her computer for such things. So when I woke up I couldn't do anything about it but when I got back from school later in the day, I logged in, did a few Sholazar quests and flew to the first spawn point and there he was!

Same thing with Aotona, I had several dreams about taming her but I didn't play often enough to sincerely camp so I had never seen her. My relative (with the computer with WoW) offered to camp Aotona for me, since she had more free time than I. She didn't get Aotona on one of the nights that I had the dream, but it was still there.

And I thought I was the only person who had dreams about taming pets

I've had so many TLPD dreams.... And they were all AFTER I'd finally gotten him
