My boyfriend has a fair amount of land and a few horses. One day, a little piggy showed up. No clue where she came from, or how she got there. But there she was. They decided to give her a home, fed her, etc. After going nameless for a few days, I insisted we call her Lulubelle. Caleb said yes, and from then on she was da bestest piggy eva.
The pen she was supposed to get separate from the horses was never built. That's a road I won't go down. Anyway, she either got too far between a mare and her foal and the mare was being defensive, or she was playing with the horses, it really isn't clear. But she was kicked and did not survive. I assume she'll be buried by Sierra, a horse they lost last winter at the ripe, happy age of almost 27. I only got to see her once, but I'm actually really sad.
And we got this news during a really nasty Grim Batol run wherein the dps was snappy and impatient and arrogant, and we didn't make it past the first 3 trash pulls. Timing was awesome =\

Re: Goodbye, Lulubelle
Oh dear....I'm so sorry. Horses can be rough to play with. Seems they horsed around a little too much. But now shes in a place where she can play with horses all day.
Re: Goodbye, Lulubelle
She would only let me give her scratchies if I had crackers with me
When I ran out, she walked away from my hand every time I tried again. So, Caleb said she'd go in with a small bag of them. It was cute and kind of sad.
