nah. They're just putting in some unused skins. That happened to be one of them. :3

Also expect to see some variations on the Azeroth model as well, specifically in Azshara and Blade's Edge Mountains

I've already started checking to see if Razza is up, on the assumption that taming him pre-patch will still result in a white pet post-patch. I think this is going to be a looooooooooooong hunt.

I think you meant, mistwingwhatchamacallitchimaera. "Whateverchimaera" isn't quite accurate.

There's the Outland Yellow that the ones in Blade's Edge have now too. Only the Red Outland still seems to be awol.

Open your map for Feralas:
New Thalanarr in eastern part of zone, above that there's an empty camp that's where Razza spawns at now, I'll post a SS of exactly where in a minute, I picked him up on my three hunts there.

I've found him there both times I looked--it's a very secluded spawn point, after going up a path into the mountains.

Yes, any changes made to a particular NPC (specific by ID#, that is) will be reflected on previously tamed versions of that same NPC. Basically, a pet Razza tamed before 4.0.6 and one tamed after 4.0.6 will be the exact same.
