Well, I set my eyes on it after taming the purple one, so now I want it. Problem is, haven't done the chain yet (im somwhat into it but I lost track), nor is daily today. And from doing it on my main, it hasnt been for more than a week. I simply don't wanna do the chain if the daily doesn't show up soon, so my question is, other way to it?

I tried with the false lag thing (unplugging the internet cable before flying in) but I either can't time it right or im just unlucky - I always log back in on the entrance of the cave.

So can it be done? Has anyone done it?

Would you happen to know someone who's done that daily before and kept the dynamite? If they still have that they can blast you up to the cave opening.

I think Engineers can pull it off somehow as well, though I don't know the details for that.

Update: Just did it! Took a few tries but it's deffo doable.

Start by flying in the cave, and just when you see those orange crystals unplug your cable. (don't yank it out tho, you still need to put it back in )
Just hold it unplugged but close to the plug.

Keep flying till you're past the big worm, take the left turn not the right. It wont matter because the worm will be "phased out".
Replug RIGHT when you're pass it, don't wait too long because it will DC you. Replug, the game will hopefully reload and you will have a second or less to get on the Jadefang ledge.

Never stop flying! Keep one hand on the mouse and another on the cable.



Yay! All that's left now is to camp. The easier part if you ask me

It's part of the random rotation. So some quests, like the kill gyreworms and harvest crystals will always be there, but the goblin's underground Economy, Lost in the deeps, and whichever has you picking up worm-tails shuffle around, so odds are pretty bad of using the normal way to get there, hence people playing with creative alternatives.

Jadefang is just in the cave where the other dailys are right and not in a fancy other one? SOrry i relal want the mini pet XD

Seems easy when you first see it, you're like, Hey, rare, I'll just camp.

But there's more to it, you need to be lucky enough to get the daily. And in my case, on my server, people go up there as soon as they se the daily is up. The daily has a random chance to be up just like the Pebble or the Son of Glok daily.
Therefor it's better to just "cheat" your way up, that way you eliminate the competition because unless the daily is up, they cant get up there.


Also yes, Jadefang is in the cave, if you see 3 purple shale spiders called Deep Spider on a ridge, he spawns behind them.

i just unplug my router lol and fly in. makes getting up there cake as i can just fly up there

It's random. On my server, it seems to come up all the time and the one that never seems to come up is the one to escort Pebble. Which kinda stinks since I snagged Jadefang already and want to get the pet from doing the Pebble daily.

The bomb quest that'll let you get to Jadefang isnt' given up with the rest of the Therazane ones. The questgiver is a Goblin just down inside the cave where you do the where you go to do to do the ones to kill gyrworms and such. You'll pass her on the way in if that's that day's random daily.

I just stripped naked, died to a worm and wisped it up to the ledge to rez.....

Mmmm, wisp rules.

If you're alliance, maybe you can tee up with a NE healer. Both of you strip and die, NE wisps it up and then rezzes you so you're up on the ledge as well.

I don't know how to do it NOT being a Goblin, but since I am a Goblin hunter I did it this way.

You have to have nitro boosts installed on a belt (used to be attached to boots) or perhaps Goblin Rocket Boots. You sit down there in front of the ledge with the Shale Spiders, and use it. If lucky enough, you'll be blasted in the air (I think they might fail 5 or 10% of the time), then while I was shot up high in the air, I used my Rocket Jump to propel forward onto the ledge.


Or else you could perhaps engage one of those worms in combat, use the Nitro boosts with your back turned, and if they fail then hit Disengage to propel backwards too. I havent tried that way but i believe it could work.

I have still yet to get this daily even once, I am pissed lol. I am revered with this faction, and have done all the dailys everyday for two weeks now. I still rush to the cave everyday as soon as I log on hoping to see the blue exclamation mark for the daily, but it dosn't like me I guess.

I would try the unplug method, but I thin I would get to steamed if I couldn't pull it off. Well guess this gives me one more thing to continue to seek in this game.

I happened to have the daily when my hubby and I went to get him the pet, he did not have it, but I blew us both up onto that ledge and no problem!

I used the dead night elf method. >> I had a LOT of help though! I kept my daily on FM if anyone needs help.

Hotfixed the wisp? I don't know...got my minipet yesterday that way (already have and adore the big-pet Laima).

if ya unplug ur router wait about 6-8 seconds while ur flyin in and then plug it back in, if ya do it right ya wont get DC'd and youll still make it to jadefangs ledge np, tamed him and got the mini pet this way.

I did the wisp thing day before yesterday. Errr... Thursday it was.
