Which is best for pvp a cat, wolf, or wind serpent? Sorry for the double post for the topic I don't know what happened I think veph should lock the other one.

We're really not trying to be mean or harsh here, but there have been TONS of these threads lately. We can only give the same advice so many times...not to mention people have different opinions. While one person will swear by a spider, someone else thinks hyenas are the greatest thing since sliced bread.

My friend, the best advice I can give you is to buy three stable slots, tame one of each pet, and try them out yourself! Believe me, that's part of the joy of being a hunter - finding a pet that "clicks". It doesn't take long at all for pets to level up nowadays, Blizz has kindly made this happen because back in our day, if you were level 56 and tamed a level 9 pet, you had to level that pet up from 9 to 56. Now, they level up your pet to 5 below you!

So please, take the initiative to go forth and tame! I can almost guarantee you won't be sorry. And you may be surprised by which pet you like in PvP, perhaps one that you didn't even think of before!

If you're trying to choose between just those three, I'd go Wind Serpent, just because their ability has range. It has nothing to do with the fact that Wind Serpents are my most favorite pet evar. Really... >.>''

Edrawr, you put it beautifully. Unfortunately, I've said the same in a number of similar posts of late (a few of which were started by Soulhoarder), so I doubt your words will make much difference.

In addition to these threads being redundant, spammy, and generally not what this community is here for, people keep asking about dps pets.

The only ones who can get away with that are BM hunters, and it really only works best in bgs. But they're not "PvP pets." x_x

(Okay, so some dps pets, like corehounds, also provide PvP utility, but those generally aren't the pets people ask about.)

Tbh it also depends on what LEVEL BRACKET.

But like the last 500 threads the user doesn't tell us his level! Are we sure this isn't the same person making multiple accounts asking the same question? D:

Eh, that issue has already been dealt with by Mania. Won't get into it here, but it might be in everyone's best interest to let these sort of threads just sink to the bottom and don't reply to them.
