What race is your main hunter?

I'm just curious...

Can't pick the race of my main hunter, draenei. ^^

LOL I picked Worgen, but its a complicated reply really. My main hunter, Shade spent her 1-80 levels as a Blood Elf.

I got irritated with my old guild there after my best friend joined the game. The leader of the old guild got ticked off that I was starting a low level alliance character and a little guild for my friend and I (honest to goodness her, myself and my brother, plus all of our alliance alts, are the only ones still in that guild) so that people would stop giving us random guild invites. He was mad that I was 'spending all my time on alliance' even though they planned nothing, told me nothing, etc. I logged in one day to see that he had kicked me out without any kind of word. Seesh. To say I was angry would be.... a massive understatement. So I was fed up enough that I just faction changed Shade. I'd thought about it a bit before, I loved the guild and the friends I had made there, but when my ire is up it takes me awhile to calm down, lol. And my little druid that I had started was in bad need of funds, if I brought Shade over there I would be able to give her some running cash.

So I changed her over, made her a Draenei-which is a helpful race to have as a hunter. Their Gift of Naruu is a handy healing spell when you are taming. Pop that then tame and you can stay up just a little bit longer. It helped keep me abouve 1/2 health when I was taming Chromaggus.

Then when Cataclysm came out I took an hour of one day during that first mad week of release, to race change her to worgen, like I most recently did to my druid Neko as well, lol.

So yeah, I could say BElf, because Shade was one for a long while, but at the moment she is Worgen.

My main for my horde is a belf

My main for my alliance is Draenei

Orc. When I was first starting to play Warcraft and could only pick one toon (I was on my bf's account, back then), I thought Hunter sounded like the most interesting class, I wanted to play Horde right away, and Orcs looked the best for Hunters on the startup screen. Plus, I liked the idea of playing as the race that most fantasy fiction pigeonholes into the "villains" category. I liked the idea of creating an Orc with more of a personality than "me Orc, me smash!" (Unfortuately, Blizzard seems to be heading back in that direction with Hellscream and his cronies)

Although I don't like Orcs as a whole as much as I used to, Cerah's story is so tied into her being an Orc that I can't change it now. It just wouldn't be Cerah anymore.

Orc, because Orcs are the best.

Although my main spent 1-75 as a Draenei, and for roleplay purposes she is only half-Orc. But from a gameplay standpoint, my main is an Orc.

Orc.. Why? Because it's green. xD

Thought about the name Mustafah a while ago and thought it will fit Orc the best.

Goblins are green too Mustafah the Goblin!

Troll, though she started as a Tauren. And one of my Goblin hunters is also well on the way to becoming a main!

Currently, my only character I have is a Belf Hunter. :3

All my chars ever are draenei. Like, all. Ever. Forever.

Teigan started life as a Dwarf. Then she was an Orc. Now she is a Goblin. I'm happy with her as a Goblin. It's kinda like a Horde Dwarf but with more attitude and a better dance.
Grushdeva started life as a Tauren, but is a Troll now and I definitely love her that way.

So, Goblin and Troll

Tauren all the way. Aside from being the most attractive race, hunting is an important and respected part of their culture.

Besides, who better than cow people to understand the ways of beasts?

My main huntress is a blood elf, though she started out as a night elf and went from 1-80 as one. Then I changed servers and faction changed her.

I kinda feel like I have lost the bond to my hunter. I think it is due to blood elves being soulless. They look pretty, but are in need of a soul. My second hunter is a blood elf also, and I cant seem to bond with her, although I love the pets.
Third hunter though, is a goblin, and I am having so much fun!

A requirement for me to play is that I like the way the character looks.. So, yeah. :p

Though I've been playing WoW since Vanilla, I never really stuck with a character who felt like a 'main' until BC came around. My first Horde character was a male Tauren hunter. I got him to around level 35-40 if I recall correctly. I liked him well enough, I enjoyed playing him, but I still went from alt to alt frequently instead of dedicating time to one single character.

If Undead had been able to be hunters back then, I can assuredly say that would have been my main character that I'd still have to this day. The Forsaken were my favourite race, hands down, and the only reason one wasn't my main was because I enjoyed hunters too much and they didn't have the option.

Anyways, I ended up loving the Blood Elf lore and characteristics, so they actually became one of my top three favourite races. (Undead, Blood Elf, Troll being those three)
