After the Loque'nahak killing fiasco (see my other post http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9224) I decided I'd go BM just to see what cool pets I could collect this week... And here's the results thus far!

Loque, as much as I love him, isn't just there for hunters to tame. There is a reason he is on the Frostbitten Achieve-so don't feel bad about killing him.

Thanks. I can't believe how quickly they've come. I have been getting up at crazy hours looking for rares (at 4:15 am my time, 5:15 server there's usually only 1-2 Alliance online in Sholazar/Storm Peaks/Grizzly Hills etc). Honestly, Loque'nahak and Karoma are by far my favorite Spirit Beasts so I'm quite content with my stables thus far. Getting Skoll and Arcturis will simply put an end to my "gotta catch 'em all" mentality.

Part of me wants to also tame Aotona however, I already have the Oiled Fledgeling (Bird of Prey) so really I've got that one covered until Olm the Wise comes out.

Thanks. I like keeping their names the same as those in the wild because I feel it helps preserve their prestige--though I suppose since they are unique skins I could have changed them. I used to call all my pets "Beh" because that is the name of my IRL dog but I figured naming cats, dinosaurs, and two-headed dragon-dogs after a dog (especially a tiny white maltese) was silly.

If you want to keep their given names there's no harm in that. A lot of my rares keep their given names since I don't feel right changing like say Loque's name. For the longest time he stayed Loque till I thought of something I liked a lot better.

Are you meaning keeping their names "Spirit Beast"?
