In light of recent events, i'm no longer organizing dragon raids. I guess it turns out that it isnt my event to organize anyways.

This is a fantastic idea. I've been pining over that black drake since it was released. I'll be happy to join in on as many runs as possible!

Me too, and would love to try my Pally on it. Might be able to tank with her on these runs.

If anyone wants to run any raid, feel free to put something up in the ingame calendar and to send me an ingame mail to Bebopbo so I can put something about it in the guild message of the day.

Twins in AQ 40 is 2-3 mannable. Just did it last night with my boyfriend and another guildy. I was there on my DK and I may as well have not been since I did next to no damage to either of them. -_-

But anyway, so long as you keep each twins' tank (you need a spellcaster tank for Vek'lor) at opposite sides of the room and wait for them to run back to you (don't chase them), it's easy as pie.

They share a health pool so once one dies, they both die.

Our make-ups have been Paladin, Hunter, SPriest and last night it was Paladin, SPriest, UHDK.

My boyfriend thinks that you could get away with all hunters in there and stick chimaera pets on Vek'lor while the hunters focus down Vek'nilash.

The key to that fight is keeping them at opposite ends of the room.

SV hunter could handle that. Serpent Sting, Black Arrow, Explosive Shot, Cobra Shot, Arcane Shot, all magic damage. Just keep kiting, hehe.

True, but kiting leads to cases of you running him too close to the other guy and them getting heals off.

Mmm, if you did it forward and backward with disengage though... would be tricky but could pull it off...

@Ryno: If you have a hunter that can pull that off without getting the two emperors to heal each other, that would be awesome.

Royi: Twins isn't a hard fight. I see no reason to stop there, especially if people are missing their AQ 40 achievement. C'thun is a fun and easy fight. If the raid group agrees to stop at Twins, then I agree with stopping. But like I said before, they share a health pool. If you can get one SV hunter to kite Vek'lor while everyone else murders Vek'nilash, you'll get it no problem.

That's just my two cents. If your group really doesn't want to go past Twins, then by all means don't do it.

Would just like to say I had a lot of fun with the raiding night. I'll try to be making it to future events to be sure, although a definite time and day would be lovely.
Glad to have finally gotten my title for it too. "Moonlost of the Nightfall" sounds so cool to me.
I would like to suggest adding Tempest Keep to the list of places to go to, maybe replace AQ40 with it. I know I wouldn't mind a shot at that awesome Phoenix mount.

One more question: What are the rules regarding alts? Like, say someone gets a mount on one character, but brings in an alt at a later date *couchlikemewithSunlosteventuallycough*. Would that alt be allowed to roll right away, or shall we let the veterans still rolling for their mount get one first? (In my case, I'm more than willing to wait, or indeed to not roll on a few of the mounts. )

That would make the most sense. Just sayin'.

Not to be a total n00b but what's the minimum lvl needed to do this?

80 for OS103D
70 for any BC raid
60 for Vanilla raids
