Wondering if Mahamba, Pogeyan & Tsul'kalu share spawn times or not? I am currently trying for all of them, and wondering if I am wasting my time by continuing to search for the other two after I've tamed Tsul'Kalu?

EDIT: HOLY FUDGESICLES DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE! Litteraly, just after I posted this, I logged back on at Pogeyan's spawn point and she spawned right infront of me! THESE FORUMS REALLY ARE MAGICAL LUCK AREN'T THEY? /crosses fingers and hopes that Mahamba will spawn for me as well.

No they do not.

Indeed, Taluwen is right, I have seen all three up at the same time, but generally on any trip to Stranglethorn I tend to see one or more up (usually the ape).

I have yet to see Tsul'Kalu. I've seen Pogeyan regularly and gotten her tamed for 3 guildies and seen Mahamba once.

I was actually able to finish up getting all three with Tsul'Kalu being the last a few days ago. I was definately wanting the trio also.

Ive seen Mahamba 4 times, Pogeyan twice, Tsul'Kalu never. Sat for 3 hours for my shiny kitty, Mahamba spawned a minute later and i homed him to a troll that was in STV for a RP event she was taking part in (dunno what it was, prolly just a trip to the jungle with a few of her friends) but for half an hour Tsul'Kalu neeeeever showed and i went to bed (the troll wanted him so i was camping for her, i dont like apes..)

Finally saw and tamed Tsul'Kalu tonight. It's funny to watch him path with his earth shield before you tame him.

When I tamed Tsul'kalu, I did a fly by just to check on the other two and Mahamba was up at the same time, but had become a victim of a croc-killing quest. However, Pogeyan was nowhere to be found.

those rare's arn't really all that rare. i tamed Pogeyan and within the hour my boyfriend tamed him...

Did i just screw up?

I was out hunting for skins in North Stranglethorn. Saw Mahamba so tamed it.

But i was in my Marksman talent tree, not my beastmaster.

What i have is a "Crocolisk" as my pet - not named Mahamba.

Uh, when you tame a pet it doesn't keep it's NPC name, it defaults to the family name of the pet. You have to rename it yourself by right clicking the pets portrait and clicking rename. You can always name it something original, but if you want to rename it Mahamba that's cool too! Remember once you rename it, it's permanent unless you get a Certificate of Ownership.

Your spec only matters if you're trying to tame an exotic pet (in which case, you need to be BM).

Any difference in Tsul'Kalu and Uhk'loc (Un'goro)?

Nope, both are white gorillas.
