So i decided to make a cake for my bf today and I made it in a Winterspring theme with our characters (who are foxes, Rusco (me, the white one) and Ronyo (him, the black one)

I dont bake so the fact i pulled it off in only one attempt was the highlight of the year so far and i have no idea how to spread icing smoothly so well, the vanilla icing even tho it was warm caused the cake to crumble and mix so my 'snow' didnt turn out like i wanted and i didnt have any coconut flakes to layer overtop

7 hours of drawing, coloring, cutting, baking, icing later (was exausted so i didnt move it to a nice background):

I can bake a little bit...I don't really know how to cook...and I definitely can't draw, I write instead.

I can't bake to save my life and neither can I draw, so I'm flabbergasted by your efforts. Love it! Ronyo's blush is adorable!

It's be nicer if you did the theme with very flat ginger bread and ice it that colourfully, tho. EDIBLE YAY!

I would if i could, im partially allergic to ginger (eating it that is..), blame my dad and his genetic allergies rofl I dunno how to make ginger bread but i always loved building with it in elementary school ^^ I should do theme'd cakes lol Make a cake and some drawings to match a celebration in the year :3

I bought a cake-in-a-box and icing-in-a-can... Devils Food Cake and French Vanilla icing

ty Kam :3 i was inspired to start drawing again the day before when i was rummaging through the board seeing everyones gorgeous artwork and i came across a Lil' Deathwing cake and was like OMG MUST MAKE (with lack of icing colors it instead became paper-made drawings)
