Unable to register?

I came to the forums today, not knowing about the log-in issue, and I wasn't sure if i had ever registered.
After trying to log in, it wouldn't let me, so I figured, I hadn't, so i tried to register. After clicking on agree to terms, it simply refreshed the page. No matter how many times I clicked it, that's all it did.
That's when I browsed the forums and found the issue with logins, so I cleared my cookies and went back to register, same problem arose.
Now, I decided to try logging in after this, and I guess I had registered, so, i'm all good, but I assume there are others out there unable to register because of this issue, so just bringing it up
