Ok lets say my day didnt start off so great.. found brown Madexx.. and nearly cried. But on the lighter side Deathwing smacked my alt and I saw him!! But when I went raiding I wasnt in a great mood.. I did NOT want to be there and wasnt happy about anything much that is until...

So I was raiding in BoT well not raiding, more like running to my corpse which is something you do alot of with Cho gall. Your best attack that fight? Feign death ^.^ And then saw a whisper... V: "Green madexx is up!" and at first ok... I thought it was a hoax.. or a lie.. green does not exist. But she said, green is up in the far top and not sure if hes still there! So at this point it clued in as to who was whispering me and I quickly said "brb" to my guildmates and got on Saon. Of course she was on the far side and I saw soo many people around and dead things.. got alot of whispers saying greens up.. alot of people in chat saying greens up! and as soon as I got to that far top spot Npcscanner went off and there he was!! Freaking out I did the usual stupid stuff.. shot a little to much.. then couldnt hit trap.. but I finally trapped him.. couldnt find tame beast which was like right beside my other buttons but I managed to hit tame and 10 secs later there he was! Right beside me ^.^ I was like almost screaming in joy, freaking out in all kinds of colorse and managed to say thank you to everyone before I was being called on vent by my guildmates who thought I went off with the other guy who went offline

Named her Rephriel after the two people who helped me get her. Thank you again guys ^.^ The desert will be empty without me for quite sometime lol.

Not everyone knows they don't drop anything, or kill them maliciously. The few kills I saw were either ignorance or ineptitude, and the 'culprits' apologized profusely afterward.

@Ziarre, yes not everyone knows but even if you tell them some of them dont care and still kill it.. I DETEST those people, when a hunter comes and says please dont kill! it only drops 25g! Ill pay you to let me tame! and they continue to kill it.. they are horrible people and nothing would make them seem good in my eyes.

I love that green Madexx ended up spawning twice in a row that night. Guess he decided to end the drought in spades!

Heh yeah it always feels like it's DK's doing those things that really upset you...

While it really, really sucks I don't blame him or anything tho, after all, Blizzard has taught us that if we kill mobs with silver border we will get loot, xp and maybe even achievements or mounts. It just really sucks to find it killed, especially since it's Madexx of the right color, it didn't feel nearly as bad the time I found a dead Sambas because with him atleast when you do find him next time he won't be "wrong" Sambas...

But anyway, went to uni, came home, did some sweeps but really didn't feel like camping, I mean, I missed him by seconds and there's no way he spawn again in the right color but I figure there's no harm in leaving WoW on hoovering one of the spawnpoints while I do my housework. I get logged out couple of times because of inactivity, I log back in and go watch tv, and after an hour or so BLAAAM the NPC-scan goes off.

I rush to the computer, for some reason I'm certain it will be the black but OMG it's the green. I can't belive it. As I'm reaching for the mouse to fly down I get disconnected again. The seconds it took to log back on felt like minutes and I was sure I would find the corpse or an empty desert once screen loaded but he was still there and still alive.

I dismiss my pet and hit tame and the feeling when the timer ended was just amazing. So sweet victory! And he looks truly amazing. It's funny, when cata launched green was my least favoured color but now it's the only one I want!

I wonder what the odds are that he decided to spawn at the one point I was at and it was the right color. Like it was meant to be!


Edit: I changed my hair to be the same color as he is. We are gorgeous! ^^

It is odd! But grats Jin!!

I got my green at the same spot my friend got him the day before, and the same spot I saw his corpse the first time.
