King Bangalash Skin(s)

With all the changes to some of the cats across the board, what skin are you hoping for from this long time favorite? Every true hunter at one point or another thought about taming this guy many moons ago. Do you think it is more iconic to leave him as is, or slap a sweet skin on him?

I think he's fine the way he is. He's the first of his model you get to see at 40. He scared the crap out of me too.

Oh yes, I rememebr thinking about taming King B back in the day. There was something just so exclusive about him, even though the same skin was also available in Winterspring. I never did though, what with already having two pets I adored in my stables. (You had to keep the third one open to learn net pet abilities, for those not playing back then ;P)

I would LOVE to see him with the white riding tiger model. Really give him the majesty he deserves.

For me, I'm quite torn. I only tamed him once, way back in vanilla on my Night Elf hunter. I remember showing him to my ex-fiancé. I was sedulously proud. Like Moonlost said, he was just so exclusive. I found hm incredibly intimidating, even after I tamed him. Since then I've had a total of 5 Hunters, (2 of which are long deleted), but I never tried to tame him again. It wasn't because I found him boring, or other skins more interesting (well, maybe a little), but because I respected how much he kicked my arse off his little plateau.

I voted to keep him iconic, but I know for certain if they give him a new skin, it would probably rejuvenate the terror of King B.!

Ahh, I remember first seeing a RidingTiger modeled cat. I was in love. That's why my very first character, a troll hunter, ran all the way out and solo tamed King B when he first could. I thought he was a riding tiger model until I saw him, and then it would be a waste to have run all the way out just to leave... Loved the cat to pieces, but I was always disappointed that he never got the glory of a big cat model.

That blue skin is sick, but I don't expect to see it anytime soon. I just hope they don't use that as a spirit beast. Two cat spirit beasts are good enough for me.

Tbh, I really wish they had given Bangalash the Night Elf cat model instead of Rak'Shiri. :/ But if that's not going to change, then I'd rather King B. be a living legend and stay with his current model.

I'd like to see him get the riding tiger model, more fitting for a king.

What made King B special in vanilla was his movement speed, this was before dash became a pet skill, he was instantly attacking opponents the moment you sent him to attack.

I think he should stay the way he is. I'm personally not a fan of Blizzard changing the models of old rares. It changes their identity, and the look King Bangalash has is, well, iconic. He's already a beautiful cat.

OMG THATS AWESOME! Finally a model that looks realy like a Smiladon
