I haven't forgotten about these guys yet, I've just had some artist's block lately. ^^;

Here's a preview of the Wind Serpents I'm working on. Hopefully I'll finish up the base soon. The hardest part will be figuring out the texture for the scales. >.> Still, for a work-in-progress it's coming along nicely.

For the scales, may I suggest you use a darker red in a wave-like pattern. Did some tinkering with your picture there and it turned out ok.

I might tackle the Outlands ones at some point, but I can't say right now. They're so different they'd probably require an entirely new base from scratch, so...we'll see. >.>

More progress though! I'm really bored today so forgive my constant updates.

All that's left is some details and markings on the tail and head feather thingies.

All the colours will be coming once I finish up that base. ^.^ The markings/patterns on the tail aren't coming out right yet, but once I figure them out it'll be easy to get the remaining colours finished.

I really love the detail on the wind serpent wings. It's something that's easy to overlook in game and you've captured it quite well here.
