But to log in to a battlenet game like wow/diablo 3 you have to use your battlenet login right? for wow it says *can't connect to servers* and with diablo it says wrong login information when I finally get through the 37 error report :/ maybe I've missed something in coming back to using battlenet after over 1 year but I'd appreciate any help you could give me.

Did you create a BattleTag? I believe you have to do that before you can log into D3.

i'm afraid i have made my battletag, and unless i would have made a typo for a few weeks nonstop when trying to log into wow (and now diablo) i don't see why i can't log in (can log in on battlenet)

Servers are down again, they have been having maintenance and just general issues all day.

the case just keeps getting more odd, when over at a friend i could log in (and played my monk to lvl 4) but at my home it says: Your login information is incorrect (error 315300) whilst i type in exactly the same password/username...
