<3 i dunno the artist of Fever Dreams, couldnt find anything called 'The Wolf' but i browsed and found a song called A Wolf at the Door by Radiohead that i like and Mercy Street (if its the one by Peter Gabriel cause thats the one i found) is really quiet-- least the youtube vid i clicked was but it was really good and i really like Keep the Streets Empty for Me by Fever Ray (if thats the artist of the song you were intending)

I've been listening to Matt & Kim lately, 'Cameras' and 'Lessons Learned' in particular. I generally prefer upbeat music, but I have piles and piles of Radiohead CDs as well.

For most of my art, I listen to the Silent Hill Soundtracks. As scary as the games are, the music is really actually pretty amazing. My personal favorite is Soldier's Orders from Silent Hill: Homecoming.

Actually, the Homecoming Soundtrack altogether is beautiful. So I'll just give you a playlist link: Here! There are a few that will probably keep you up at night though. ):

Silent Hill + Storm Peaks = You don't need sodas to stay awake, the impending nightmares will do that for you. Watch out for that siren!

Oh and also A Wolf at the Door is FANTASTIC. Yes. Radiohead. Mmmm.

Try "Red Riding Hood - The Wolf" It's a song they made just for the movie. Mercy Street is good by Peter Gabriel but try "Fever Ray Mercy Street" they covered it. I do like A Wolf at the Door - the video is verrry creepy though and yes most of my favorite songs these days are by Fever Ray that ones really good as well and yes it was - I dont know why I said dream but the womans voice is so hauntingly beautiful.

Lol Nub im already calm and happeh after listening to half of the first song in that playlist before i got hit with a bluescreen. My computer has issues with WoW that im eventually when i get money will need to deal with. It CANT be good for my computer..

I love Homecoming's soundtrack - although I think that's partially because I've grown to love the characters and the stories those songs tell, but I digress. Glad it's useful and hasn't given you nightmares(yet)!

I went through the tracks and turns out i only like the ones with speech in them lol xP Im not huge on the ones that are background music while you run around, too quiet and short :< *is looking up more silent hill music now*

I went to that Drawing Music thread and seeing as it isnt one of those threads where people throw out what they listen to for boosting their creative desires for all petopians who are interested...

Anyone else have ideas for some music I can listen to for drawing with?

I'm a colossal nerd, so I'm going to suggest poking though the playlists of "The Music of Video Games". There's a pretty decent mix of both old and new games in there, so you can chill out to some 8 bit classics or check out the compositions of something more recent. :3

Whenever im listening to music I listen to music that suits the picture, example: is your drawing a sad pciture I would use my immortal by evascene
This is just to get the feeling though and I find it way more easier

When I camp it all depends on the tame. I like Within Temptation. I wish I had got to see them while I was stationed in Italy . I also like Nightwish.
