Brown Madexx is cool. But people in my realm doesnt even want to tame other colors: spent 20+ mins looking for hunter to tame Blue Madexx yesterday, all hunters in Uldum and SW just said: "No thanks, I dont want it". Finally found one, he was going to mine elementium and wasnt really happy to spend his time going to tame it, but finally did it. So I think I'd kill brown Madexx just to spawn other color next time.

All I can say, Scorn, is as a fellow hunter... You should know better. It's bad enough when another class kills a rare. You can chalk it up to they just don't know/understand. But when a hunter kills one...

If you havn't sold it yet, you either keep the tear to remind you of your selfish act, or slightly redeem yourself and just throw it out. But don't sell it for bloodmoney.

And Squake, someone will have him in a few minutes, hopefully as a pet. There's no need to worry about killing him just to start the clock. But at least you make attempts at finding him a home. Kudos on that.

For the record, had I not been sitting randomly in the desert one day, and had a red maddexx not spawned directly in front of me I would have done the same thing as OP. It sucks yeah, but that's what I'd do.

However; I do love my red Maddexx Roslein :3.
