Yeah. That's kind of what I was getting at. I'd /like/ for hunter specific rares to be protected but if not, well, just help my friends and do the best I can. I don't go out of my way and I don't attack people. I just don't get the bringing it up all the time like we're a pack of crazed children and they're a sugar coated pinata full of candy.

I'm inclined to agree, Vephriel. I think people build these differences up bigger than they actually are — creating forbidden subjects where they aren't, really.

There's a lot of hunters here who don't prefer the BM spec. I backslid on Mindala, who I'd decided was not going to keep any BM pets, but then I saw some cute ones but MM is her actual combat spec.

Most people appear to be fairly non-extreme about killing rares, too, except for doing so when someone's there wanting to tame it.

See, this is what I meant with the topic started, lol. I the original thread it was a lot of flaming the poor guy who was asking (and incidentally, you were correct that it was a pvp thread the actual hits were 38k, 36+k, and 32k I believe. But the math made it 60k ^.^)

But in there it was a lot of "you're lying" "gtfo" "no proof, shut up and leave" and crap. About asking if it could be possible, not even a debate over rares tame vs killing, or spec or things like that.

For some reason I don't see that happening here, I will have to admit, even though everyone here has different opinions, I love that fact that it can be a debate. Polite agreement to different and discuss why, rather than "I'm right, you're wrong, blah blah blah".

Thanks again guys for making this a nice place to be. You're the type of people I was looking to play with when I started, vs the ones I always seem to run into there.

Every group has its quirks. This one's are less extreme than the other alternatives previously listed in this thread, which is likely why even though some have voiced their concerns about this community, they are still here.

No it's not. o.o; That's a terrible example. Someone's having trouble with dps and they think its the spec. It would've been the same regardless if it was MM or SV.
