You can also get the new series seasons 1-5 on Netflix. Or at least we can stream it. (You can alost get several of the Dr. Who movies and Torchwood via Netflix streaming.)

the show is about this alien who travels throw time and space, either changing history for a better outcome, or fixing history so that the outcome is as it should be, more of the second rather than the first. its like most shows each season is pretty much the previous, just slightly different names, and ever so tweaked plots

Ugh...Now there saying Series 7 will not be until fall of 2012..
Series 7 (2012–2013)
The BBC announced on 7 June 2011 that 14 new episodes have been commissioned following the 2011 Christmas special, all starring Matt Smith. Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill will also appear. On 15 June 2011, BBC One controller Danny Cohen stated that some of the episodes will air in 2013, though a reduction in the length of series 7 has been denied by Moffat. In September 2011 Doctor Who Magazine stated series 7 will air from autumn 2012.
