Like was stated, we kind of did get new skins in 4.3. New skin/model combinations count, and we got two of those!

Oloh who is the pet of the leader of the Sons of Holdir though is tameable..... :/ (unless thats what you mean, that beasties, tied to a faction or not, doesnt mean they are automatically deemed untameable. i too am totally lost with this conversation >_>)

The faction wasn't the point, the translucent worg being untamable before this because she was a questgiver for Hodir is. The questgiver part was the more important bit!
Oloh is not a questgiver. It doesn't hurt anyone's questing if someone tames him.
