We all know what's obviously happening. They're depriving us from WoW so we get a tantalizing taste of Real Life, before bring it back up, so we can return to our hermit caves and continue playing, addicted, giving them our money....It's a conspiracy!

And I don't think I'll EVER trust anything Ryno gives out, food or otherwise. O_o

3.3.5 has been deployed to EU servers too, during the wednesday 0:00 to 12:00 downtime. So, I try to log on at 12:00, and it's offline. Two minutes later they announce that downtime has been increased to 14:00. Fine by me. 14:05 they announce that it's been moved to 16:00. Guess it's Bejeweled time for me!

Well tbh that's not what annoys me, I laughed at US servers going down for that long. What annoys me is blizzard honestly doesn't care about the fact that they should have realized the patch was going to take a fucking day and a half and not set my hopes up for waking up at 4:30ish my time, popping up onto WoW and maybe, finally, grabbing Aotona. Mean bad enough my mouse died and having to use an OLD one but this? auuurg.

Guess in 7 minutes or so we'll see if realms go up or YOUR PRINCESS IS IN ANOTHER CASTLE.

Honestly, I think people are being a smidge unfair. I understand the anger, and how they are constantly adding and having to change their deadline. But they're also working their tails off to please people. You've got preparation for Cata, not too mention regular maintenance, add to the rise of hackings and item restores they have to deal with and that's a lot of work.

Now, I was annoyed a week ago when they kept adding time to patches, just like everyone else. But still, they have to deal with a lot, and with the customer complaints, is it any wonder they're slacking? I'd imagine they're pulling in everyone they've got, working overtime, panicking when their work isn't done. So yeah. Complain, fine, but also keep in mind they do have a lot to deal with.

I'm not complaining, but I have to agree that they could've just put a more reasonable time in the first place. I mean, six hours overdue, they have to have been able to anticipate that, at least somewhat.

True. If I were in charge, I'd just round up and overshot, because if I'm early, people are happy, and if it's a long time, well, at least I'm not going beyond, and people are happy.
