Hmm. I think I'd macro it to heal my target -> if no target, heal my focus -> if no focus just cast the heal and let the "smart heal" pick the target. Or does the "smart heal" not work? I'd combine it with a second macro to just heal myself that I can use in oshit situations and when we're running back in.

/cast [mod:ctrl, @player][@target, help, nodead][@focus, help, nodead][]Spirit heal

Should be the priorities as you described, Sarayana, with the self-heal as a ctrl modifier.

Okay, I can confirm 100% that it casts on other players, at least in group, without being 'ordered' to. Guildy got aggro while healing in AQ40, pet crit-healed him for 4k instantly XD

Haha, you beat me too it. I was still needing to test in a bg, I'm still pretty sure it does, but can also confirm it heals in party groups. Last night during the HH daily, the healer went offline 1/2 way through, and kitty heal saved the day! I was very proud of her as I had forgotten it was even on auto cast and we didn't even know the healer was offline til too late. Eveyone gave her a /pat as well and lots of attention.

The nice thing is in Achero's example, sometimes no matter how fast your healers, a quick 4k heal can save somones butt if the healer is having trouble keeping up

I had to make a macro to get mine to cast on me when I'm low HP.
