Sweet! Is the new build on the servers or is this from the patch notes? I hadn't seen a maintenance note yet.

I can't speak for where TIM spotted it, but I found this on Wowhead.
I cannot WAIT to see the glowy animation that goes with it! I bet that animation is why it took so long to implement, actually.
