I can finally log in at home but still can't on my piece of shit iPhone even though I've deleted the internet cache, cookies etc etc etc. So my next 'try' is to delete the favorite bookmark on the blasted phone to see if that works.

What a relief!
Yep, same thought here..."gee, what did I do this time?" lol.

Might want to make an announcement at the top, maybe? If this package supports it, don't know if it does.

It'll ignore any attempts at password resetting sent before cookies were cleared as well, right?

I think she's already done that to the best of her ability. Heck, I can even see this announcement when looking at my user profile. The only thing more noticeable that I can think of would be to do something akin to the 'new PM' alert. But, that would probably be hard to make work, since the people who need to see the message aren't logged in!

And I'm having trouble getting in using my Firefox. Idiotnet-ExplodeMe (IE to the rest of you) loads me in just fine. Have cleared everything I can find in Firefox yet still cannot login. Even was going to try making a temp account just to say I was having trouble and cannot get past the "I accept the terms" page. Click accept and nothing happens. When I click the login button, it just clears my name and password and doesn't go anywhere. I even had it send my password to me to make sure I was putting it in correctly and had not changed it and forgot to resave it.

I'm having zero problems on my home computers now and that's w/out having to constantly clear everything but still cannot log in from my phone. :( Stupid iPhone!

Ya, quite visible, as I see now. My brain to keyboard filter had a slight malfunction, I think.

Well, clearing the cookies worked for Safari on the Mac side of things for me, but it didn't work on the Windows side with Firefox =(

Yeah, having issues with FireFox as well, but I'm on a HP not a Mac, so I guess it's firefox all around. I got it working on Explorer though.

I had a laptop that I was unable to log in. Finally attempted this week to get this to work. I had deleted the cookies several times, but was still not getting in. It wasn't until I did what was quoted here with the preserve box, then was able to get in again. Thanks for the info
