vocals-on-click pets that don't have notes to that effect: Duskbat, Sunburst Adder, Curious Jungle Monkey.
The Sunburst Adder currently has a note about its location, but that could be safely replaced now that the location is well documented on Wowhead.

Id like to mention that
Blackrock Battle Worgs phase out after completing a certain quest in the quest chain involving Keeshan. I do not know what quest causes it, theres so many from that chain that i think might cause it but i didnt realize they phased out so i didnt check it out after each stage to see when they finally vanish.
Apparently there is still some way to tame them out of phase but i can confirm that they only phase out if your in Alther's Mill. Its definitely possible to send a pet in and aggro them and then have them attack you from there... but a massive swarm of them comes after you so high levels for the armor value are definitely needed unless you have someone there to kill the excess wolves for you.
I can also say that if you aggro, you can waltz into the mill and they'll vanish and you'll leave combat so if your dying, you'll definitely survive if the lag monster doesnt get you.

If they are trappable...can't you just pull one out, trap, FD (wait till the mob resets) and then jump up and tame the trapped one?

When you FD any ice-trapped mobs will become untrapped.

One person on Wowhead claims they studied the wolves and placed a trap down in the phased out area and then ran to where they phase back in and thats how he got his wolf but i didnt have the training yet to test that, i cant try trap launcher either cause im only lvl 24 on my hunter on the server im currently playing on. The wolves by nature aggro in large swarms, at minimum due to the extremely fast respawn rate, you can end up being eaten by about 4-5 elite wolves at a single time regardless of your level.

Doesn't Mania run Warcraft Mounts as well? Cause both of them haven't updated for ages... Did something happen or did she/he just get bored of the sites?

Yeah I'm thinking the same as Jessi here to be honest. It's been a good long while now since the patch and neither sites have been updated. I stopped using Warcraft Mounts just cause I couldn't put any of my new mounts on it. :/ But if she's busy that's totally understandable! It just might be nice if she could keep us updated on that as well, so we're not left thinking it's just been abandoned...

And if she really is that busy that she can't care for any of her sites then it's perhaps in her best interest to recruit other admins who can run them.

Indeed. I'll admit its a tad annoying to see topics of "New pets!" when really it's stuff we already knew about and reported months ago.

On the wolves page, the ghost wolf really needs to be put in the not tamable section since the only way to obtain one is as a spirit beast, and Karoma already has her own section in the spirit beast page.
