That's....gotta be a first. I mean usually it's the other way around.

Honestly if this happened to me, I'd sit there for an hour, baffled, then laugh my ass off.

But I had an Arcane spec if they had just ASKED me to switch. ;.; heh Ive found alot of the other bosses being Fire to be more useful. And specially on trash. They just decided to kick me without warning right as we stepped up to the upper platform where Jindo stands. Was highly irritating.

I've actually never been kicked, though I have done plenty of stupid things to deserve it!

I've prevented a couple kicks because the reason given was not justifiable for me. Mind you I've had to kick or I've voted for kicks, but it's always for a good reason. I had this one tank that just couldn't hold aggro on trash. My pet with growl off was pulling aggro from him. How many does it take to kick anyway ?

I'll openly admit that I have issued...quite the amount of kicks. But they have all been for justifiable reasons. I think I can honestly say that 70% or so of them was mainly on another player just being rude / an ass. Usually its this one guy, who is just not happy with ANYTHING we are doing. Our Speed, our DPS, ect ect. Complain. Complain. Complain.
I'm sorry, but if your going to complain for an entire run, then why are you here ruining our fun? /kick.
Or, its that one guy who just cant get over how insanely super duper amazingly awesome he is compared to everyone in the group. You know the type, the one who posts recount over and over again (usually just on trash pulls) only if he is top DPS. (DPS, Not damage done. Most of these guys dont know what Damage Done compared to DPS is.) Try to tell him to stop? He laughs and tells you your a Noob / Baddie and to quit sucking.
Please, go be "awesome" somewhere else. /kick
And the third guy. He's the one that comes into the dungeon, looks over everyone's gear / spec / talents / gems / playstyle / rotation (blahblahblah) and instantly starts to criticize everything everyone does. Because according to him, he has 20 Lvl 85s, Every single class, played every single spec, works for Elitist Jerks, and knows so much more then you do. He will continue like this for the entire dungeon.
Go write up a tutorial Mr. Know-it-all and leave us be. /kick
The other 30% or so kicks Ive done I am sure its because of the player in general. Sadly this usually involves Tanks or Healers. Just because you want to tank in DPS gear, or Heal in your DPS set, doesn't mean your allowed to waste our time because you want a quicker que. Ive only had this issue with healers a few times compared to the many issues Ive had with tanks. Its one thing to come in and say "Hey guys, I haven't tanked this dungeon before, so any tips are appreciated." compared to that silent guy that comes into a dungeon, in DPS gear, and just starts pulling everything he possibly can. I think the only two times I can remember kicking a Healer was 1.) A Boomkin swearing up and down he could heal just fine as a Boomkin. /kick 2.) A priest that came in and just seemed to be having an insanely horrible time healing. Lots of deaths, lots of wipes. Then he admits to us he's *never* healed before, and is always shadow. He only made his off-spec holy so he could que faster. /kick
(I had a prot warrior, in DPS gear stacking nothing but Stam gems, try to tell me that Heroic Leap was a Fury only talent. /faceplam)
Its strange, but usually DPS seem to do fairly well at just staying back and doing what they are told or what they are needed to do. Most of the time Ive kicked a DPS is simply for them either going AFK for +15 minutes, or if they are just constantly causing us to wipe. One wipe is understandable, mistakes happen. Even two wipes is understandable, maybe its just not your day. When it gets to the third, fourth wipe....you should probably just leave the group. (And I am basing these wipes being on the whole responsibility of that one player and no one else.)

Let's see, this is a rather long list of stupidity to report:
I've been kicked on my hunter for being BM and *not* having a Corehound out, even though I explained that Chronomaggus has that stuck in combat bug in the Zuls and Blizz still hasn't fixed that, so I can't use him, and no, I'm not running out and taming another Corehound to satify this one group.
Been kicked a few times for being a Beastmaster, peroid.
I've been kicked on my druid while healing simply for casting Moonbeam on a mob when everyone was healed up. Apparently it's "not ur job" to add to dps when I can.
Got kicked on my mage for not being arcane. (I'm fire)
On my Warlock for not being destruction (Demonlogist), and for not having the best gear, even though I explained I just made it into the Zuls on her and want to *get* gear. (I did have all the T11 stuff already)
Been kicked for helping an undergeared guildie to gear up (and he was kicked too).
I'm sure I'm forgetting a few reasons as well.

Getting kicked for...TOO MUCH DPS? Srsly? Please tell me thats a joke......
I'm not creative enough to make it up

Oh hell, that lance. I did that with my DK and pulled the faction champs with my lance still on in HToC.

Frost/arcane on my mage and I'd rather do this as frost, odd as it sounds. I switch just for the last fight. Arc seemed to me like if you didn't proc Missiles and you were assigned to kill shades, you had a *problem*. Frost you could have the elemental assisting, could spam beefed up Lances at the shades, could Frostbolt any that had moderate distance and then either ele finishes or you could clean up with Lance, plus chance of Frostfire procs.

Back in early- to mid-BC, well before the Dungeon Finder, I was questing with a priest and some stranger was begging me to come heal SM for them. I forget which wing. I kept saying I was shadow and not interested, but they kept asking. Finally I said OK. Healed almost the whole thing and did fine, then they kicked me at the last boss because a healer guildie of theirs had just logged on. I was miffed at the time -- I mean, let me finish, then go do another with your guildie -- but now it's just funny
