has char copies been disabled?

I was going to make a char copy of my hunter from live but I have got the "An Error Has Occured" for the last four days, have they disabled this for right now until they fix Jade Forest? Just wandering

You might have clicked on PTR and not BETA or vise verse. Both say Pandaria

I know its the right now because there are monk pre-mades to choise from. Must be me...lol. I guess I'll have to either call the help line or open a ticket
