has char copies been disabled?

I was going to make a char copy of my hunter from live but I have got the "An Error Has Occured" for the last four days, have they disabled this for right now until they fix Jade Forest? Just wandering :)

You might have clicked on PTR and not BETA or vise verse. Both say Pandaria :mrgreen:

I know its the right now because there are monk pre-mades to choise from. Must be me...lol. I guess I'll have to either call the help line or open a ticket :) ty though for the responces. :hug:
