Creating a poll?

Now I've seen them done before, but bugger me if I can find the button or coding to make one..
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

When you create a new topic at the very bottom of that page there should be a section concerning Polls. There will be the following settings:
Poll question:
Poll options:
Options per user:
Run poll for:
Allow re-voting:
Just fill in what you want to and when you create the new topic the Poll will be at the top.

Trust me, when you're not thinking about something it can be really easy to miss stuff like that. x)
