Creating a poll?

Now I've seen them done before, but bugger me if I can find the button or coding to make one..
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

When you create a new topic at the very bottom of that page there should be a section concerning Polls. There will be the following settings:

Poll question:
Poll options:
Options per user:
Run poll for:
Allow re-voting:

Just fill in what you want to and when you create the new topic the Poll will be at the top.
