What is the name of this coat?

Jack Derrington is sporting a smashing jacket ensemble and I simply MUST know where he got his coat from. Has anyone seen an item like it? (I need it for a Layton RP set

Can't help with the jacket, though.
I can't think of anything that looks like it, save for the Worgen starting clothes (Which really don't work). Bah. Kudos to the Layton idea, though. I absolutely adore those games. <3

Apparently, I've been listening to too much GaGa. (*Glares at family.*) I read that as "What is the name of this club?"

As far as I have seen this is an NPC only item, which is a shame but you never know it maybe something they add later but I doubt it.
