I am not void of understanding that things take time and effort, But we are talking about Blizzard. A company with near unlimited resources to do this kind of thing. They can pay however many people as much as is needed. Honestly with boasting over 1 billion in sales per year on just this 1 game ...

For me this has been more than an annoyance.
It was/is a real disappointment. As someone with 138 pets, im a serious collector.

Besides the fact that It was an event that many of us had waited a long time for, and yes, paid $$$ for subscription for the ability to enjoy this fun game.
