Do we know which ones of these spawn when the server goes up, and which ones spawn [their spawntime] after server goes up?
I'm looking for Rak'Shiri at the moment, but it's still stuff I wanna know for future sleepless nights of camping.

Humar must be lower than 8-12h, as I tamed him maybe 3-4h ago, and now he's there again.
