It might be a big ask, but I'd love to get Rezan's devilsuar form. Even if it was spectral it's just so cool.
I'm still sad they didn't make unarmored living Devilsaurs in BfA. Would've been the perfect time. The MoP ones are somehow.. a little weird to me.

Unorthodox perhaps, and far from my biggest want

But does anybody else think snails could make for a pretty cool pet family?
They would be interesting, but it would be rather strange to see them moving at the same speed as a mount.
They were taught by our good friend Zoom.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Gimme that worm! I feel it's one that has gone underappreciated. I don't think it even appears much aside from an earlier season's M+ affix? It's definitely one I'd like to see tameable, and I think it's just about bestial enough that one can get away with labeling it tameable. Just on that cool br...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Did they actually replace the windsteeds, there’s no way cuz the bird horses don’t have scales, if yes, I hope they can add more npcs in a different part of the zone that use them It seems like they were replaced, yeah. I figured as much, but I hope the Windsteeds return. They could be added to MoP...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Weird. I think Wain had posted about at least one variant of them being tameable. Might be another mob, or that he tamed it when it was still the Windsteed model (and tameable), idk

Also Hi Muffinus.

Wow, I didn't know TBC Ravagers had become that tiny. I remember them as huge monsters like in Veph's screenshot as well.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Pretty colors.
But I have to admit that the Ardenweald toads really aren't for me, personally.

Something about their thematic seems all over the place.

Muffinus is talking about Bugsnax on twitter. Now's the time to calmly and discreetly suggest Kunchong, as well as any other tasty bug tames! https://twitter.com/Muffinus/status/1288297536269164544 KunchongKunchongKunchongKunchongKunchong AqirGoliathsAqirGoliathsAqirGoliathsAqirGoliathsAqirGoliaths...

Cloud Serpents are unique enough to be their own family. Yes, they have serpent in their name, but they are very different from those found in the Serpent and Wind Serpent.
Well, not sure if I agree after Abyss Worms, but sure. I don't mind.

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

Serpents are ok since they have more flying serpents than wind serpents like they could of Merged, but both families would of been good, or a new wind runner family with windsteeds since they’re related to cloud serpents Both or their own family would be fine by me. How's about those Brutosaur, tho...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

hopefully there will be tameable non intelligent dragonlike creatures, not drakes Maybe :D pandarenserpent_pink Plz Blizz, this year is the time for cloud serpents, I don’t care what family they’re in as long as I can have one They'd make great Wind Serpents. Or their own family. I like this thread...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

I feel like the Owl Horse Stag things might be the replacement for Windsteeds. Blood louses. Possible new additions to Blood Beasts. As with the model they are based on, probably only a battle pet. But I really hope they and the Maldraxxus bat become tameable. They're so cool, so strange and out the...

As far as Gorms go, I suggest these three models go together in an expanded family of segmented crawlers (name suggestion?).

Crocsects

Because they all use the crocolisk skeleton. C:

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

On a dog note, according to WoWhead, all 3 colors of Shadehound (the armor constructs in the Maw) are tameable with several flagged npcs for them. Now I won't be able to tell what the Torghast/Maw situation will be like. Hell, I'm not even on the alpha, but it is promising that, just like Maw Rats,...

Re: Shadowlands Alpha/Beta Beast Thread

The horn/no-horn options for the not-Rylaks are pretty cool. Always like it when we get a little option for small variations in silhouette instead of all the creatures looking exactly the same.
