Re: Getting my slime pet restored
I was told by a GM that pets released prior to the big 4.0.1 patch are no longer restore-able

Re: macro help for spirit beast heal?
This is my combo macro that I find very useful: #showtooltip [nopet:spirit beast, @player][mod, @player] Heavy Frostweave Bandage; [@player] Spirit Mend /cast [nopet:spirit beast, @player][mod, @player] Heavy Frostweave Bandage; [help][@player] Spirit Mend Looks more complicated than it is. Re: Definitive List of Flying Pets
Darktail Bonepickers, also in Blasted Lands (and using the Buzzard model) are tameable, and fly. Very difficult to get to, but possible! Any chance of a screenshot, just to confirm it :) Also, MMO-Champion reported a blue poster listing today's hot-fixes: Hunter pets that were immortal can now be k...

Re: Definitive List of Flying Pets
So I tamed a gull in the water in 1K needles (there's a crap load of easy ones to get flying above some dead, floating turtles) and I sent it to attack a couple of the flyers while I was swimming, and it didn't fly. Do you think it was because I was swimming? Forgot to note this in the first post, ...

Did some testing. Out of the new parrots, all but 1 could fly. Ol' Beaky (Grey Parrot) unfortunately is a ground patherBenni wrote:Aotona doesn't fly, but Spiteflayer and all new parrots fly.

Definitive List of Flying Pets
With patch 4.0.3a, there's been a surge in new pets that have the ability to fly. I'm not just talking about hovering over the ground, but true flying, in the sense they don't follow ground pathing. They can fly off cliffs, up hills, on the sides of building, and even fight in mid-air. So on a frien...

For single-target attacks, Turtle is easily my favourite. For groups, Worm, definitely. The stun associated with Brorrow really helps with group attacks.

Re: Spirit Beasts - What do you want to see?
Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'd love a translucent ghostly dragonhawk spirit beast.
Alternatively, maybe a chimera spirit beast. Perhaps similar to http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y245/D ... aWhite.png

Old news actually.
Grunter has a new color... =(
If Grunter has changed his skin color then....
And if you like the red/black model, the outland hellboars are tamable:
Helboars now tameable in Outland

Possible New Turtle
So I was on WoWHead's Cataclysm page and saw this new entry for a turtle called Siltwash Terrapin It is listed as tamable under the Turtle family and has this skin: http://forums.wow-petopia.com/download/file.php?mode=view&id=3826&sid=28a7854a63bf808d0415b3d805af607b However, no location is ...

O.o sweet! Anyone know which NPC?Vephriel wrote:I believe the Gorilla is an npc that is actually tameable, and after taming the game somehow keeps the dialogue options. Honestly I don't expect that to make it into live, they'll probably fix it.

I am curious how it works. Does it burrow underground? If so, when it's underground, is it still targettable?

Re: White Worm?
On my Tauren hunter, I have a white theme, and have the white worm as my main tanking pet. Amazing pet; with Acid Spit and Thunderstomp, I've been able to solo 2-3-man group quests :) Personally, I love the idea of "challenge tamings", but I don't particularly like it when it's for a previ...

Anyone on beta servers able to check Spirit Beasts. MMO-Champion's spell library shows Spirit Beast with both Spirit Strike and Spirit Mend? Is Spirit Strike really gone?

Re: Analysis of new Pet Abilities
I gotta say, I'm kinda liking the new Hyena ability.
I really hope that an ability won't be re-used if an existing duration is up. For example the Worm ability lasts 25 seconds, but the cooldown is only 10 seconds. That could potentially mean 15 seconds wasted.
