Re: [IDEAS] Pet Family Rework for Shadowlands

Hati is a unique exception due to artifacts and I'm sure they could be limited to BM only. I see no reason why the other Spirit Beasts couldn't be used by Survival or Marksman though. I'm sure many Undead and Blood Elf hunters would be rather miffed if we limited the Undead looks to BM hunters only...

Re: [IDEAS] Pet Family Rework for Shadowlands

I like all the ideas but the "let all specs have spirit beasts" portion - Unless it was like the "BM only looks" idea. And the only reason I say that is because I'd be very miffed if I saw a MM or SV Hunter using Hati while I still can't use the MM bow appearances I earned as BM  Hati was a par...

Re: 8.3 Taming List

Where dose one even start to look for whats tamable? Do you guys just think of something that falls within the familes they posted and try it? I spam "Beast Lore" on just about everything I come across during my gameplay to check personally. Esp if it's been something we've desired for awhile lol A...

https://twitter.com/Lofriendo/status/1225126620501106690?s=19 someone on Twitter shared this as a good taming location for the OOX Can't stress it enough, just went there and he happened to run there not even a minute after I camped. I got so happy I hit like 3 keys instead of just the one for Tame...

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

Sewer Beastling: Yeah I wasn't sure, but I listed it just to be safe. If it's not a proper name, that's all good :) Regarding Armored Ravens: I'll test my armored Ravens when I get home later today and see if they're attacking in range now. When I checked yesterday at 4 PM PST, they were still attac...

Re: 8.3 Taming List

OOX-Fleetfoot.png OOX-Fleetfoot/MG is up today in Mechagon (Obnoticus is visiting Rustbolt). It's our first-ever rocket chicken pet. It runs super-fast, so it can be hard to tame it in time and you may need stuns as well. It mostly sticks to paths, but runs pretty randomly around the island otherwi...

Re: 8.3 Taming List

Umbraliss is also tameable! (and keeps its name) :) Taming flags must be ongoing - I checked Umbraliss around 2pm est and it was still an aberration. CHECK ALL THE THINGS AGAIN!! Lol Kokiron posted something that may help with that issue. If you're having trouble with the void warp stalkers still b...

Re: 8.3 Taming List

I am pleased that it seems like we're getting some more updates with each day or so. I'm just really hoping the rocket chicken becomes a tameable pet. But if they do, I hope they put a non-rare rocket chicken somewhere in the world. Fighting for the one in Mechagon just seems like its asking for tro...

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

The newly tameable Sewer Beast does not keep his name when tamed. Not sure if it's a bug, but given that he's a rare with something of a name, I figured couldn't hurt to also list it here.

Edit:
I mean the Horrific Vision of Stormwind's Sewer Beast, sorry.

Re: 8.3 Taming List

I was just about to post the same thing, noticed Sewer Beast is tameable and uses the Void Warp Stalker model. Hopefully this means that the other allied races "unique starter" pets will also become tameable in some way. Note however, he kinda moves fast. Also, depending on what district you're in, ...

Re: 8.3 Taming List

Irewing is now tameable, if you have someone who has the Nesingwary quest to activate her. That completes the list of roc colours! Irewing.png And the Angerhoof Bull in Halls of Valor is also now tameable, meaning the final musken colour is also now available. (The rare Thunderhorn isn't tameable)....

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

I have someone from the Secret Finders discord reporting that they were able to tame Lalathin just now. Alliance character, no Suramar story completion. attached is their screenshot to show no Suramar progress: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/297813007654977536/674036969654845441/unknown.png...

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

To update my previous post:
It appears the armored Brown dread raven does the "ranged attack" as well. I just tested it on a training dummy and it's missing Stomps too. So it appears to be a bug with all of the armored Dread Raven variants.

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

Yeah, she seems to show up for me as long as the map says "Suramar" or "Suramar Bay". It's as soon as the game registers the subzone "The Nighthold", that's when she phases away.

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

I believe Lalathin is now accessible properly to Alliance players and Horde players who haven't completed the zone. I don't have a hunter in that situation, so could someone please test this and let me know? Thanks! I flew there just now on my main (Alliance Hunter) and I saw Lalathin for a brief s...

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

I think I mentioned it before, but after testing it out with different Dread Ravens, I wanted to repeat it cause I feel it does warrant being a listed bug (but someone can prove me wrong, so all good XD) So when I used Rukhran or the Fel Green Ravens from Hellfire Citadel, I've noticed that they ten...

Re: 8.3 New Tame Bugs

I got Rukhran set as my animal companion and he seems to position himself real far back when attacking things, with him positioning himself so far back are all abilitys hitting properly? I wanted to test this out, and from what I'm seeing: no, Rukhran's abilities are not all hitting properly. I set...
