My professions are skinning and leatherworking. I sell what I don't use to bolster the skills. Right now, the goods that I make through leatherworking aren't all that popular in the AH. But, I have sold some stacks when I have them.

For each class, some stats are more important than others. For hunters, it's agility. So, if you have to decide if you use two one-handed or one two-handed weapons, you take a good look at the stat improvements they'll grant you. Weapons It USED to be that you had to go to weaponmasters in capital cities. I belive nowadays, you start knowing everything you'll ever know.
