That is unlikely since these items drop only after you learn the mount, so you learn the mount and then they are dropped in your bag, they are not on a seperate loot table.

Is there a possibility to take a picture of it? That might help in knowing what type of bird it is.

I'm tempted to wait till we have flying. It will make it so much easier to gather the crystals.

Valhalla and dragons look really neat! I've been playing on a friendly pve server called Stadium Arkadium. We recently had a wipe since the save games got corrupted, and now I'm slowly building my base and dino herd back up. I'm not too advanced, never tamed a quetzal myself, but I love the argis ...

Getting this mount involved tears, frustration, patience and going from signing up as dps, to signing up as tank, to finally organise my own events. Ambershaper heroic.... it took 4 raid evenings of just wiping on him alone.

My experience with the Valkyr: I was searching, and someone in the rarehunters channel I made just found one. Less than 10mins later, I found mine. My boyfriend said that not long after I got mine he found his. So I tend to believe that one is up at a time, and when caught, another one spawns ...

I might be stupid but... those dinomancers can heal, how can I get them down? I can use scatter shot, intimidation, silencing shot... but still they get heals through. I have no idea how to solo them as a hunter...
