I've found that, after playing my hunter for so long, other ranged DPS classes feel very slow. +1 on the blue set. I like those shoulders with it. In fact, I think I like that shoulder design better than the "official" shoulder model for the Frostsworn set. The spikes aren't quite as spiky, and it has a nice subtle particle effect.

Hey, I know that set! I'm using a Nocturnal Cloak with it on my hunter. It's a BoE green, and there are a few other cloaks (the Nightshade cloak is one) that share that look.
