I completed my all 9 spirit beast collection yesterday by taming Ankha! I love hunting rares almost as much as I like bragging about having them (who wouldn't right?). I enjoyed the challenge in acquiring them and feel its a true test of patience and will. I spent countless hours hunting my beasties...

Yea similar thing happened to me. I had a member of the opposite faction "helping" me when I tamed my Deth. What sucks is that I could of gotten it a lot of faster by sacrificing pets but I wound up having to dps down Deth with the draenai mage from about 40% because I didn't want to risk ...

Not always the case! I got my blue Madexx the second time I saw him. He spawned in red the first time.

LOL I just tamed a red one earlier today. I really want the blue one though.

I've had this bug happen several times. It is rather annoying. i'm sure people have summited bug reports about it. Hopefully it gets fixed.

You said it yourself. Your "hobby" is camping rares since the EQ days. If you aren't picky on the color... Madexx isn't a real hard spawn to camp... you just have to stay glued to the screen. If you are picky... then either get ready to wait awhile or start hoping you get lucky. Madexx ca...

Welcome to the forums!!! You should head on over to the "Obligatory .... rare pets" thread, that one seems to have a bit of luck in it. :D I wish you luck on your Madexx, he's an awesome critter! I made a post on there asking Madexx to show up in his blue attire. Hope he is listening :D
