yes she has deleted the cookies. i even tried having her log in on my account and it wont let her. shes wondering if her ip somehow got blocked.
ok i'm able to log on her account on my computer.could her ip have been blocked somehow? if so how can this be fixed?

help,friend cant log in
a friend of mine, Ëlfdragon is unable to log in, it will not accept her password. and it will not send her a password reset email. anyone have any ideas how to fix this? any help is greatly appreciated thank you.
