But why? Pare it down. 25 is plenty, especially considering you can more than cover any necessary buff you could need for your play style (WHU lists only 12 on its raiding/dungeoning shortlist) and STILL have plently of room for "fun" pets. Go play Pokemon if you want to catch 'em all.

I just like badass looking pets and it really doesn't get more badass than a prehistoric bright blue electric wolf with teeth bigger than my face. That being said, I tamed Gondria then let her go because that whole seeing her glowing eyes through the angle of her butt thing was freaking me out.

Well that was my initial thought but Arcturis and Gondria are also bolded. Perhaps because they are so close?
