WOW! I was not aware of needing to be in BM spec. if i tame him im BM spec, can i use him in markman spec?

Arcturis
I just tried to tame Arcturis and received a warning that he was un-tameable. Why is that, im a level 74 hunter in the Hord on the Venture Co. Am I doing something wrong?
