I was actually looking for the confirmation of the barrage cast mechanics described above . I was already lucky enough to confirm the AH + CoW double buff tame myself.

Hysteria itself doesn't give enough haste to reduce the tame time to under 5 seconds. Works only if you have the Convalescence of Winds buff at the same time as well.
