Pogeyan, cat with a metallic skin and glowing orange eyes

So I was wandering around STV (near Ruins of Zul'kunda) leveling some pets (the WoW-pokemon version) and I came across: http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p636/meveleens/Pogeyan_zps5ee79dcd.png Pogeyan, A level 28 silver elite . To my surprise I couldn't find a picture of it in the Petopia archives...
